Setup
Set up in five steps
- Install the OnyxMetric app from the install page as an agency admin.
- Approve access for the agency and the sub-accounts you want to cover.
- Add the OnyxMetric agency custom JS shown after install, so funnels and sites are tracked automatically.
- Open the OnyxMetric Custom Page in a sub-account. Its organization is created on first open.
- Pick a plan per sub-account when the client needs more than Free.

- Is there one OnyxMetric account per client?
- Each sub-account gets its own OnyxMetric organization, created the first time the Custom Page is opened. Data is not shared between sub-accounts.
- Do I paste a tracking script on every funnel?
- No. The agency custom JS is added once and tracks funnels and sites in every sub-account where the app is installed.
- Where do clients see the dashboard?
- Inside GoHighLevel, in the OnyxMetric Custom Page of their sub-account.
- How is it priced?
- Per sub-account, from Free to Scale. The table on this page lists the plans. Paid plans are billed through GoHighLevel.
- Does OnyxMetric set cookies?
- Pageview analytics set no cookies. Session replay and other tools on a client site have their own consent rules.
