About OnyxMetric
Cookieless web and product analytics, fully managed. Built by Cuanto Labs.
What OnyxMetric is
OnyxMetric is a web and product analytics service for teams that want accurate traffic numbers without a cookie banner. It tracks visitors without cookies or local storage, hashes IP addresses, and puts pageviews, goals, funnels, sessions, web vitals, error tracking and session replay in one readable dashboard. The tracking script is 18 KB. We run the infrastructure for you, so there is nothing to host or patch.

Eliran Yihye
Founder and Lead Engineer
Eliran Yihye is the founder and lead engineer of OnyxMetric and wrote its core systems. He designed the ingest path: a browser tracker sends events to a TypeScript Fastify API, which batches pageviews into ClickHouse once a second, while Postgres holds accounts and site settings and Redis holds short-lived counters. He built the cookieless visitor identity, which hashes the IP address and a version-stripped user agent with an optional daily-rotating salt, and the bot detection that combines a tracker-side signal bitmask with server-side network checks. He also built the session replay pipeline on rrweb, with a per-session byte cap, and the Model Context Protocol server that lets an AI assistant query a site's analytics under role and scope checks. OnyxMetric began from the open-source Rybbit project, licensed AGPL-3.0, and he removed its outbound telemetry. He founded Cuanto Labs, the studio behind OnyxMetric.
