OnyxMetric

Claude mobile

Use OnyxMetric from the Claude iPhone and Android apps, step by step with screenshots

Connectors sync across your Claude account. Add OnyxMetric once on claude.ai or in Claude Desktop, and it is ready in the Claude app on your phone.

Adding the connector from your phone

No computer nearby? Open claude.ai in your phone's browser and follow the browser guide — it works the same on a small screen. If your app version shows Add custom connector under Settings → Connectors, you can add it there with the same URL: https://app.onyxmetric.com/api/mcp.

1. Check the connector is there

In the Claude app, open the menu, tap your name, then Connectors. OnyxMetric shows as Connected.

If it says Connect instead, tap it and approve access on the OnyxMetric screen that opens, just like step 3 of the browser guide.

2. Turn it on in a chat

Start a new chat and tap + next to the message box. Make sure OnyxMetric is switched on.

3. Ask a question

List my OnyxMetric sites and summarize last month's traffic for the main one.

Approve the tool call when asked. Claude answers with your data, right on your phone:

Tips

  • Short questions work best on the go: "How many visitors right now?" uses get_live_stats.
  • Voice mode works too — ask out loud and Claude calls the same tools.
  • Turn the connector off from the same + menu when you don't need it in a chat.

More fixes are in the MCP troubleshooting section.
